1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ONE TTS ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ONE TTS is a text-to-speech application integrated with Canva that converts text into natural-sounding speech using Google Gemini AI. The Service includes:

• Access to 30+ AI-generated voices
• Single-speaker and dialogue modes
• Custom voice styling
• Multilingual support
• Credit-based usage system

3. User Accounts and Credits

3.1 Account Creation

Your account is automatically created when you first use the Service through Canva. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Canva account.

3.2 Free Credits

All users receive 50 free credits daily, resetting at midnight UTC. Free credits cannot be carried over to the next day.

3.3 Purchased Credits

Purchased credits never expire and are used after free credits are depleted. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as specified in Section 5.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Credit Consumption

Credits are consumed based on token usage:

• Flash model: approximately 1 credit per 500 tokens
• Pro model: approximately 2 credits per 500 tokens
• Minimum charge: 1 credit per generation

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms and conditions.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Request made within 7 days of purchase
• Less than 10% of purchased credits have been used
• No evidence of abuse or violation of these terms

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Generate deepfakes or misleading audio content
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Use automated systems to abuse free credits
• Resell or redistribute generated audio without proper licensing

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the text you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a temporary license to process your text for the purpose of generating audio.

7.2 Generated Audio

You own the audio files generated from your text input. However, you acknowledge that:

• The underlying AI voices are proprietary to Google
• You must comply with Google's Gemini API terms of use
• Commercial use of generated audio is permitted
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

7.3 Service Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding user-generated content) are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Specific uptime percentages
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Availability of specific voices or features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for content generated using the Service

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you generate using the Service

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the Service
• Non-payment

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Unused purchased credits may be forfeited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
